Staff Professional Development Policy

Withdrawal Notice:
• Students must provide a written notice of withdrawal to the institute's administration office.

Refund Policy:
1. Course Registration Fee (collected after the successful completion of the interview and the selection / admission process). It is non-refundable.

2. UAE visa Fee: Nonrefundable once the visa is issued. In case of the visa rejection, the proportionate refund will be provided after the deduction of the UAE Entry permit, 10% deducted as administrative charges and any remains fee for the issuance of the residence visa, emirates ID and UAE medical test fee.

3. Tuition fee for the course is collected in full sum
   o Termination of the program before joining the course, 15% of the paid tuition fee is deducted as administrative fee and the rest sum is refunded in favour of the student excluding any bank travel charges applicable in UAE and the student home country.
   o Upon the commencement of the course, the student can withdraw or terminate the course or transfer to other course with in our institute, the student will get a refund of 50% of the paid tuition fee if the action by the student to withdraw, termination or change of course on or before 30days from the commencement of the course.
   o No refund on tuition fee in part or full is refunded beyond 30 days from the course commencement date.

Processing Time:
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the initial course commencement date.

Additional Conditions:
• Any physical materials (e.g., books) provided must be returned undamaged and at the student's expense if withdrawal is within the 14-day period.
• Exam fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exceptional Circumstances:
• In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, students may appeal for a full or partial refund, subject to the institute's discretion.
